Breakfast was ok...food was not hot...some containers were empty...at 8:30 am...greasy....eggs too brown....
Negatives:
ADA accessible bathroom was a tub shower...shower chair was too big for the tub and too hard to maneuver...
The bed was lower at the head than at the foot...felt like you were unlevel....even with 2 pillows at your head it was hard to watch TV...very uncomfortable...when we checked out the clerk was extremely rude...I felt like I was being ridiculed because I asked questions...

Breakfast was great, I was hesitant to use the app but being able to choose my room and get notification of when the room was ready was a huge plus. I
Negatives:
Slight negative but I was unable to control our climate from the app and had to move the TV to access the thermostat. Also the toilets have a weird system to refill and doesn't flush very well.
