Negatives: Dirty roon dirty floor dirty bathroom. No working hair dryer. Alarm clock not working. Called front desk on room phone and cell no one picked up. Walked to desk 3 times no one at desk. Couldn't complain. Morning breakfast wasn't out when they said and no one at desk to complain. In all I want a refund worst experience ever at this place

Negatives: Safety concerning. Someone opened our door while sleeping. Informed front desk and they supposedly checked cámaras and they saw another guest wondering around drunk looking for their room. Not sure if front desk made wrong key still waiting for them to call me since they are “investigating”
