Negatives: No smoking areas

Negatives: The room accommodations weren't up to par needed 2 beds and was denied the request cuz the receptionist saw my cigarettes and assumed I wanted a smoking room when I prefer a non smoking room

Negatives: They kick me out cuz my friend 2 doors down came ova an visited me an kicked them out as well cuz he wasn’t registered 2 my room but had rooms there also ….

Negatives: The ac was on high and didn't work very well

Negatives: I got a full size bed when my reservation stated a queen size bed but at check in i asked for a 2 bed room and was denied because of smoking and non smoking availability when the clerk saw my pack of cigarettes he assumed I wanted smoking, but I prefer to smoke outside and he still denied me a room with 2 beds which made our trip very uncomfortable being that I'm a married woman and was expected to share a bed with the opposite sex whom was not my husband, resulting in 1 of us sleeping on the floor with no extra blankets. It was a rough stay and incredibly awkward and unnecessary. The clerk could have easily made the accommodation due to the parking lot being far from full there is no way that motel didn't have the room to comply. I wasn't asking for much and I didn't need a smoking room at all.
