Overall it was still good...
Positives:
The breakfast was decent. The staff is cool. There are many places to eat that are within walking distance. If you are up for a movie, there is a AMC theatre right across the street. Parking seemed to be secure, make sure to put your parking permit on your dashboard.
Negatives:
I think that the housekeeping supervisor should check the rooms from time to time for the cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom. The reading lights next to the bed were not working. The ice machine wasn't working in the rooms refrigerator, although I had ice brought to my room and was offered for them to come the room to take a look, I feel that everything should be in working order before a guest checks in and not have to have maintenance in the room when residing there.
In the other room that I had, the spare blanket was stinking up the whole closet. There was a bug found on the inner curtain on one of the windows. The door stopped automatically closing, so had to make sure it was pulled closed to secure the room.

we were in transit, we stayed on New Year Eve's when we were returning from Sequoia National Park. We had a large room with a functional fireplace, which we used. At the reception you had free popcorn. I thought it was a nice detail. :)
