I been staying in this location and it's always clean and comfortable but definitely the girl that work Sunday night October 27th had the worst customer service when I got to the window to check in ring the bell nobody come until 10 min later, and she came just to tell me the system was down for an update and that she couldn't check me in, I told her I had a reservation and what were my options she response well if you want to wait until the update is done go head but I can't tell you how long it would take, literally she just refuse to do something about it. I told her I was going pay a fee for not checking in and she says no because I'm telling you ur not. She just didn't want to be there at all. I'm so disappointed they have this type of people working as an receptionist

Positives:
there were plenty of fast food choices and a drive through coffee place within walking distance. The location was relatively close to our business location and was quiet.
Negatives:
They didn't honor a special request for a first floor room they approved prior to our arrival and placed me in a second floor room. There were not enough electric outlets as one bedside light, a lamp, my phone and hearing aid chargers couldn't be plugged in without unplugging something else, the television remote didn't work, the tv volume could only reach half volume and with my hearing disability, I couldn't hear the television well. the Air conditioning unit knobs were not clearly marked and one of them was broken and hard to adjust the cool/heat.
