Mattress was wore out and was the worst night sleep of my life. When I woke up the room was filled up with smoke from the neighbors smoking pot. I got a refund for my second night. Terrible

False advertising on having rooms with 2 Queen size beds! They are 100% NOT the size of a Queen they are Full size at best! only 4’ wide!! We had a family of 4 adults and 2 large dogs. it was incredibly miserable we were sore and exhausted from driving 8 hours in route to Texas …relocating from West Coast to Texas with 3 vehicles we all would have rather kept driving a few more hours we did not get any rest at all! This Barstow location is filthy inside and out! I reserved in advance and did not get a ground floor as requested due to recent knee replacement, people were loud and many kids were screaming running up and down the walkways. Several dogs owners had theirs outside Off Leash which was a problem with my dogs.
This was the absolute worst motel I have ever experienced!!

It was clean and in a safe place .
Negatives:
We stayed there for two nights and I have young ones so my children has crumbs everywhere and when I asked the maid next door if I can borrow the broom to sweep up the crumbs she said yes she would knock on my door and let me use it well 5 mins later she left and when I called front desk they said I could use it so it was a bummer but other then that it was great.
