The location is great distance wise, the neighborhood is a little rough looking but very close to many restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, downtown, and 20 mins from the beach.

No WIFI!!!! If there a choice to pay for WiFi I would have. My room was in the back of the location so I had no WiFi signal at all. New and or wider beds for the family rooms. Rooms could be cleaner and updated not just painted over.

We booked two non smoking rooms and one of the rooms had a very strong weed odor. We were able to switch and was lucky there was another one for the same price but first we were told we would need to upgrade because all the same type of rooms were already booked. The next day the beds were not made and we had no clean towels on one of the rooms.
