Negatives: That they wouldn’t let us check in

Negatives: It was dirty and had roaches, they turned off the water without informing us it would be off so couldn't shower nor use the bathroom in the morning.

Negatives: Well first off when I got there there was one towel for two people and the floor mat had Blackfoot shoe prints from a she wanted I told her there's two people here we need two towels two washcloths and hand towel then the TV didn't work she never sent anybody to come look at it it was vibrating and making the noise like somebody was hitting aluminum so we didn't even want TV the whole night we just sat and talked then on top of that the pool was green never no mention that the pool was out of service the stairs I almost fell down twice carrying my stuff up and down and nobody would help me the very top step had some kind of piece of wood behind it so the stair was half the size I'm 65 I can't jump over stare especially with my hands full of luggage to the room was all full of puttied holes and there was a hole over our bed with a bag coming out of it if there would have been another floor above us I wouldn't have stayed there I would have thought someone was looking in on us and I got no satisfaction I did get the towels but not every piece that we were supposed to and they had stains on them it was a very very bad stay overall you call him and call him and call him they don't answer their phone the price $120 some dollars for that was horrendous I was not happy at all I guess I accidentally ordered a smoking room which I didn't mean to so that's my fault but they couldn't switch me and the room smelled very heavy smoke but that is my fault I guess I'm just mentioning it but all the rest is unacceptable

Negatives: They had mold in there tubs

Negatives: The room wasn't clean, refrigerator didnt work

Negatives: Very dirty, half roll toilet paper. Tv broken picture was fuzzy. No toilet paper holder. AC had lots of rust turned on smelled moldy. Refrigerator broken. Floors were laminate but dirt everywhere. Outlet in bathroom not working. No hair dryer. Bed was very thin and lumpy, as well as pillows.

Negatives: Many roaches and to many barking dogs

Negatives: It was roaches and roach bait out in plain sight. Sheets and bed spread was dirty from previous guest. No remote in the room. It was mildew and mold and we complained. They offered us roach spray but because we had an infant we we moved to another room. That cost less vut because i used booking.com they refused the extra money back. It was the worst experience i have ever had dealing with an room stay.
