Motel 6 San Francisco - Redwood City

Negatives: I saw several cockroaches in the room, including on the pillows and bed. There was dog feces outside the door and dog food in the hallway. I caught one of the cockroaches and reported it to the front desk. The staff informed me that the manager was not available but that they had made a note and would contact me. I waited for a day, but no one reached out. This is the most disappointing experience I’ve had at a motel, with cleanliness issues and a lack of responsive service. I am concerned about the standards being maintained at this property and hope that Motel 6 headquarters will address this matter appropriately.

Negatives: Big health hazards.....I had sewage water and human waste coming out of my sink and when they put me in a diferent room you couldn't scape the smell of mold and the humidity because of it.....a very bad experience. I don't like to write reviews but I felt that this was a must when it has to do with someone's health and the hotel did nothing about it.....disappointing.

Negatives: Hallways carpet old and smelly

Negatives: Check in. Staff interrupted to serve walk up person 3 Xs. Disrespectful. Told me he'd comp me $56 upgrade; coffee in room if I changed rooms. Moved me out of 103 disabled to building B 138. No coffee in room. Said talk to my manager in the office, then when I came to speak with manager told me they're not here. No safety rails in bathroom. Unkind, rude check in!

Negatives: No mini fridge, no microwave, only one electrical outlet, no usb charging ports.
