The location was great being just a 5 minute drive from the marina/main street. Fantastic breakfast with hot foods such as omelettes, sausages, cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice, and yogurt. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to.
Negatives:
Needed an extra bar of soap and the walls were thin. You could hear the guests upstairs if you stay on the first floor. For a last minute stay the rooms are nearly $300 which is not cheap.

Convenient hotel to stay in Benicia with tasty breakfast
Positives:
Rooms desperately need updating. Bed was quite uncomfortable. One lampshade was torn and frayed, also the chair in room was torn at arm rests and looked dirty. Room was also very dark with very insufficient lighting from ceiling lights and one bedside lamp. Bathroom and pillows were fine. Breakfast is a definite plus.
