Bay views overlooking Berkeley Marina
Negatives:
My room was not ready for my 4 pm check in. I waited patiently. 6 pm my room is still not ready for me to check-in and now I?m going to be late for my 7 pm dinner reservations at Pier 39 for my fianc Birthday celebration.
Negatives:
Not happy with the parking situation. You had to pay $40 a night for parking. Valet was even more. It's pretty bad when the parking fee is almost 25% of the cost of the room.

Rip you off for everything. Parking is 40, waters in room are 5. No coffee. You are paying for location. There are better ones and more bang for your buck in the area.
Positives:
The staff, layout, landscaping and the pool house with pool hot tub sauna. Love that architecture. Also the Boathouse restaurant is gorgeous and delicious.
Negatives:
It needs a plumbing upgrade and some attention to the parking lot layout, landscaping and security measures. But this hotel is functioning very well given the circumstances. I love staying here.

The room didnt match the same lobby ambience. The distance from the lobby to the room and the odor in the hallway.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. Friendly and helpful staff, even with our after-hours check-in. Restaurant at the hotel was a bonus!

Low rise buildings, plenty of secure parking, Bayside location, proximity to Berkeley, in-house & nearby good restaurants.
