The sink in the room was stupidly designed. There was no room to rinse hands without touching the side of the bowl.

Positives:
Location is fantastic - a block away from BART station, with stores and restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Room was noisy - could hear alarm buzzing (for 20 minutes) in room next door, the mini fridge was very noisy, as was the a/c. Room smelled musty. Furnishings were dated and room was cramped.
