Negatives: Loud hvac in room made sleep difficult. Sheets were rough and uncomfortable. The room was small, did not even include a coffee maker. No amenities were offered at all. For nearly $1000, it was little more than a 3 star motel

Positives: Love the hotel itself; grew up there

Negatives: How it’s staffed/operated - nothing worked. Reservations were fouled up and then ineptly handled. Bar was the same. Parking gate is automatic, but requires Properly Programmed key card to open. If it doesn’t, there’s no remedy, no intercom. Cars back up, then EVERYONE has to back up collectively. This happened to me twice In a one day stay. Staff seems eager but brand new and poorly trained.
