Established in 1975 on a palm-lined residential boulevard, L’Ermitage is a discreet, luxurious getaway located a stone’s throw from the beating heart of Beverly Hills. Restaurants and most important ROOF BAR were closed due to construction.
I had booked this hotel mainly for the ROOF BAR and couldnt see it at all

The customer service and some of the staff like the gentleman that served drinks in the lobby during social hour and the driver. I also liked the offering of the lymphatic massage

Some of the staff weren’t warm or helpful like the younger dark haired concierge. Everyone else was amazing. From outside where the valet is and thru the stay. The valet gentleman were so kind and helpful

The hotel is in remodeling and both the pool and the restaurant are closed. This should have been communicated to me and any other guest BEFORE I made the reservation. It is unethical to charge the prices you charge and not be informed.

Positives:
Room is big, very nice, very good bar. Location is very good, but entrance was closed due-to renovation. Valet parking very comfortable.
Negatives:
Renovation noise began at 9:00am, water in bathroom in the evening was not hot, little bit warm. Breakfast is very poor, I asked to bring fried eggs and during checkout requested to pay $60, discovered that included breakfast only contains croissants and black coffee.

Despite the fact that we stayed during the time of the hotel renovations, everything about our stay was great! Amazing staff! I loved the attention to the detail and I loved that the rooms were spacious!
