Positives:
I was apprehensive given the rating of this hotel but was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Given the location and price, it was a good, affordable option. Staff was also very friendly. Also gave the option of storing luggage after check-out for a few hours.
Negatives:
The mattress was too soft. I hard a time sleeping on it. Addition of breakfast would be great.

I have been bounced around between Booking.com and the property for a refund on the final night as I checked out early. The hotel said they were ok to issue refund but needed Booking.com to initiate the request, which has not been done 5 days later.

Perfect location, very quiet and safe area.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Friendly and really helpful staff.
Negatives:
No coffee or tea in the room but the staff was so nice to give us a kettle to use in the room.

Prime location! Walking distance to Rodeo Drive, shopping complex and short Uber ride to other great locations.
Randy at the bar was a true gentleman.

The room we had was relatively small (not much room for luggage if you’re travelling) but to be expected. The location is so good you won’t spend much time in your room.
