The beds and shower are great. The room is well laid out. They have a coffee/tea bar in the morning and a free glass of wine in the afternoon. The live entertainment on Thursday was lovely!
Negatives:
We had to ask them to fix a loose faucet and we had a small ant problem, which they tried to fix but it's that time of year.

Lovely clean rooms very friendly and lovely food and great location. Comfy bed.
Negatives:
Hot water took very long time to heat up and stairs were hard to navigate with a heavy suitcase. Was a little noisy.
