I stayed in hotel 2 times and all the 2 times was charged for 3 valet parkingS to the room, though 2 of them were payed by cash on the place and 3rd time it was not even my guest. Reception team promised to make a check. But nobody did it. The both times.

The facilities were really great such as the pool area, valet parking, walkable to Rodeo Drive, safe area, etc. The staff at this hotel were excellent, courteous and very accomodating. They definitely made our stay more enjoyable.
Negatives:
The pillows were too soft, the curtains wouldn’t shut completely which allowed light to enter the room very early in the morning, and there’s not enough lighting in the bathroom.
Some days the towels weren’t entirely replaced such as a missing floor towel on some occasions.
We also didn’t like the smell/feel of the amenities ie the moisturiser and body wash.
