Decent bed, cleaning staff excellent. We ordered takeout from the restaurant bar upstairs---excellent food.

I think people don't read anymore: NO READING LAMP by the bedsides. Very dark rooms.
Instead of a NESPRESSO machines, why can't we have simpler coffee/tea electric kettle. The coffee pods
of NESPRESSO is so damaging to the environment and the plastic in the pods are blasted with hot water to produce the coffee (is this healthy?).
THE MUSIC blasting everywhere is awful. Especially in the valet area....waste of electricity.
It's attractive up in the rooftop bar, however, the music is so loud, it's hard to have a restful conversation and the music does not match the mood of the place.

I stayed in hotel 2 times and all the 2 times was charged for 3 valet parkingS to the room, though 2 of them were payed by cash on the place and 3rd time it was not even my guest. Reception team promised to make a check. But nobody did it. The both times.
