The receptionist. I spoke with him when I called and tried to book the reservation. After 3 different rates given then all of a sudden no rooms available. Same guy when we checked in. We missed our first night and was told our reservation was canceled and nothing available… I showed where I had called five times to the hotel to advise of our delay. He finally said he had something available… we have stayed here once/twice a year but will search other properties now

Subpar experience for high price. Had to ask for room to be cleaned and nobody let us know about this at check in time. Staff had an attitude each time I asked questions.

The room was clean and pretty spacious. We had a view of the pool. The heater worked very well. The breakfast was amazing!!! The location was perfect walking to the restaurants and shops and 5 min away from the summit.
