The air conditioner was ice cold!!
Negatives:
The booking website says that the bar and restaurant are open until June 1st. It was disappointing to find out that they were closed.

Positives:
I love the property as a whole it was very cute designed to be an old western town the staff was great and I love Anza Borrego Desert.
Negatives:
We stayed in a vintage Airstream. I understand the word vintage bot it was less than desirable. Most of the shades didn't work to go up and down the lights didn't work. The bathroom was rather disgusting everything was chipped including the tub the sink.

Positives:
Great location. Very friendly staff. Cool themed buildings. Nice pool and spa. Spotless grounds.
Negatives:
The stairs and decking at my building were old, loose and seemed dangerous. I tripped over a loose board sticking up. The A/C, although nice and cold was very loud. Very small TV in the room. The wifi was terrible. It kept cutting out as did the TV. Lastly, this might be a community thing, but the water pressure was the lowest I have ever experienced traveling.

Positives:
The room was larger than I had expected, and the pool area was clean. The pool furniture was fairly new and the water was warm. The location was great and we had a fantastic view of the mountains from our room.
Negatives:
For some unknown reason my Amazon Kindle wouldn't unlock even though it indicated that I was signed on to the Wi-Fi.

Positives:
Very close to Anza-Borrego State Park and amenities in town (just be aware restaurants and stores shut down around 7PM). Easy check-in/out. Parking spaces right next to the stairs. The hotel had a cute western theme. Spacious room. I found empty coffee packages in my room and when I informed the staff, they were very quick to bring me new packages of coffee.
Negatives:
Because of the wooden slat decks on the upper floor and close proximity of the rooms, you could hear your neighbors walking around and could hear them closing the doors, could hear children running around, etc. Thin walls. I noticed a couple of the wooden slats were loose. That was it really, just some occasional noise. Bring earplugs if you are noise-sensitive.
