The room it self was okay. Ive stayed here before and the room was amazing it was clean and fabulous. This time around the AC didnt work and it was just okay. The room was okay but the customer service was incredible! Maritza went above and beyond making me feel very comfortable and safe. I will definitely be staying here again. Im from L.A but travel a lot this has been my go to and as long as Maritza is an employee I will continue making this my go-to rest spot.

No electrical outlets by either side of the bed, poor lighting in the room, blinds on large windows did not close completely. "Breakfast" was only juice, coffee, and pastries. Insufficient towels provided initially, no cups/glasses in bathroom.

sink was falling off wall, the staff was very nice and accommodating. We had to move because smoke alarm going off in an adjacent room, but they were very helpful and gave us another room.

Really close to Vons, Rite Aid, and Bank of America ATM. So happy for fridge/freezer AND microwave. Clean, if a bit funky (cracks along sink attached to wall). Polite and helpful staff doing their best.
Negatives:
Super slow wifi. One of the doors stopped working, and then the 2nd door stopped working so I had to be let in by maintenance. No counter space near sink. 1 lamp didn't work. No near-bed outlets for charging phone. Really thin walls --> trouble sleeping.
