I paid Friday and Saturday Night. Arrived at 2-3am and the Guy at the front desk was BEYOND rude. Even got to the point where he raised his voice at my S/O and I because we asked to break down our bill and explain why we were given one price online and another upon arrival.

Horrible Customer Service - Front...

Business as usual and just as I remembered.
Negatives:
The people above me were really load and didn’t go to be until really late. The key card was not working and even when it was reprogrammed it didn’t work. We had to be let in by maintenance and we still had to wait. The coffee was empty and the creamer was too during breakfast. While serving my kids, they couldn’t get the same thing because everything was almost gone and it was only 8:30. During check out the print was not working and I had to get an email with the invoice instead of the copy I needed to mail it to work. It has definitely slipped a bit since my last visit.

Hampton always 1st choice . The room for the first time at Hamptons was Very small 2 queen beds We had our clothes packed the whole time bcus there was no dresser .Front desk said it was booking.com fault .For the price I thought I had gotten a big room.
