The rooms were terrible, the bed was not cleaned , the fridge was loud , the bed was uncomfortably hard like sleeping in a concrete floor, the shower has no pressure and there are cockroaches.

The staff, was outstanding. He had a great sense of humor and was very helpful. The room we ended up in was clean and tidy.

In our first room.The ground fault was bad and therefore the kitchen, bath and wall outlets were non-functional.The next room we moved to also had a bad outlet in the bathroom. Supplies for the kitchenette had to be requested.

The manager and his staff were OVER THE TOP RUDE AND INSULTING. We would NEVER stay here again. We paid on time for every night, never asked for perks or extras and the manager threatened to call the POLICE because I said we did nothing wrong. AWFUL!

Room was damp and smelled awful. Carpets were wet and dirty. Kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. Shower had good pressure but lukewarm water at best.

I ended up getting a refund for this hotel. The room we were given was open and full of smoke when it was a non smoking room. Unfortunately there wasn't another room available so I had to look for another room on New Year's Day with my little ones.

Parking felt unsafe, lobby looked dirty, elevators felt unsafe, room wasnt the cleanest. The fridge was broken and smelt like death. Towels had stains on them, no shampoo or conditioner. Bar of soap was old and smelt bad. It felt like hotel Cecil to me.
