Booking a room that said it was 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. But when we got there it was only 2 queen bed. Front desk didn't fix it. booking didn't fix it and is giving me $28 credit. I had to drive around and waste gas to find a air bed. So my daughter didn't have to sleep on the floor. When we did find one. The only one they had was$130.00. So with the room and air bed I spent like $460.00. I could of got a hotel closer to universal studios and with out problems for that price. Then by time we got back to the hotel the pool was closed. So kids couldn't go swimming like they wanted to

Overpriced I paid over $217 per night wasn’t worth $100; plus had to pay extra for parking with no access to my car valle parking only location is horrible overlooking the freeway

Positives:
The facility and room were great. The only negative thing were that the curtains didn’t close so the sun woke us up. The staff were very friendly, valet parking was excellent, and breakfast was very good. We were delighted how close Smokehouse 1946 was where we were able to have the best prime rib ever! Yes, I would recommend staying to others, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
