Positives:
The maids were AMAZING!!! They cleaned daily and made sure we had what we needed. The bed was clean and very comfortable. As a single mom, I really appreciated that. The location is close to Universal and Warner.
Negatives:
Security and the Burbank Poolside, there was no one looking in to see anything. A few of us families were there then a CROWD of drunks and their families came over from the other pool and literally took OVER the entire area, it was their personal party space. 15 kids under the age of 10 crowded the hot tub! Ridiculous, they brought in alcohol by the loads and music it was awful. Not 1 Marriott employee came to assist.

I usually find the bedding very comfortable at Marriotts.
Negatives:
The bathroom, especially the shower, wasn't very appealing: 1) There needs to be a fan in the bath, to help circulate the staem from the shower. 2) The shower left alot to be desired...not much pressure in the type of showerhead, and I felt like I was preparing to take a bath because the water just sat in the tub, as it did not have good drainage. 3) The toilet needs a soft-close lid/seat, and those plastic ones always come loose where you feel like you're going to fall off at times.

I chose this hotel because it has a heated pool.. Infact the pool wasn’t heated even asking management to look into it they sent someone out. He went in one door and never returned nor did the pool ever heat up. I was told they would provide breakfast. There was no complementary breakfast and I had to spend $100 on breakfast as that was what was offered in their restaurant. The beds were so uncomfortable literally I woke up each morning in pain as I suffer from bulging disc and sciatic nerve damage. The deposit was $50 a night and I stayed there a week ago and have yet to receive my deposit.

Room was exactly as expected. Walking distance from Hollywood Burbank. bed and pillows were comfortable. AC was a little weak, but it did the job. plenty of space in the room to stretch out. Big windows were nice during the day.

AC could have been stronger. It was unable to get the room down below 70. Towels felt old and rough.
