I booked this purely on the nostalgia of it being a prominent filming location for True Romance, so on that basis what it had to offer as a place to stay was priceless. It is old and pretty dated but that is the appeal of this place.

Amazing and lovely staff! Hotel itself was clean and in an amazing location, with free shuttles to and from Warner brothers studios and universal studios! Will definitely recommend and be coming back!

The cool vintage look. Loved elevated pool patio and the shaded tables there... beautiful spot to chill. Also staff was fantastic and went out of the way to help with special requests. room was perfectly clean. Restaurant next door was great.

The shuttle! The shuttle really saved us from getting a rental car so it was very helpful!
Negatives:
I didn’t like that after the first night we didn’t get another card to order breakfast from. We did the room service the first morning but we never got a card again to do it again otherwise we would’ve ordered again.
