Staff is always so friendly and professional

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shuttle service between the hotel and airport was frequent and easy to catch.
Negatives:
The check in line was very long and slow (only one agent checking people in) and the lobby was dirty. Also, no complimentary breakfast was a big drawback.
