Negatives: Internet Access nowadays is the norm. This hotel required a guest to pay for it, or to become a so called BonVoy member. Even then, the access was limited. I will try my best to not book anything with this chain anymore. Internet, especially for his class of hotel, simply has to be part of the deal.
