The first room I was given smelled like cat pee and then has mouse droppings all over the beds. The second room they gave me had cockroaches in it. When I mentioned it to the staff I was told I couldn’t be given another room and the lady at the counter was very rude.

Front desk was not there when I came to check in and waited about 10 minutes before anyone helped me. Rooms were not clean in any way. Dirt on the walls, doors, floors, and linens. The room REEKED of cigarette smoke.
