The room itself is nice. The heating worked well. The location was great and the balcony is nice. Our TV didn't work when we arrived, but the staff was great at contacting Spectrum and getting it taken care of.
Negatives:
The bathroom needs updating. The cabinetry is old and the sink plug didn't work. There was a leak under the sink with a pool of water. The full bed in the separate room was not comfortable as it has springs. My bed squeaked. Because the room opens to the outside it was a bit loud. I would suggest having a machine with bottled water as one night we didn't have any drinkable water since your office closes at 10pm. The next day your water dispenser was empty.
