The continental breakfast was good. The location was easy access from the highway and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Honestly, I preferred my room at the SureStay Hotel to the room I had at the Sheraton Hotel at Universal. I wish I had just booked here for my whole trip. I will definitely book here again in the future..

The breakfast ended to early for those that like to sleep in.

We couldn’t open the door. It smell like the room has been locked for days. It felt stuffy in there. Price wise it was not worth it.

We stay there whenever we come into town, staff is great, Rooms are clean. Location is great..you can walk to grocery store restaurants, laundromat, and anything you might need!!
If you need something they will get it for you if they have it or tell you where to get it…great place to stay!
