Hairs and dirt on floor, shower, and sink.

We lucked out and ended up with one of the executive suites and the room was very roomy. Staff overall was helpful, location was grea.

The adjacent room's door would slam shut and was very loud. It was very annoying getting woken up multiple times from the people going in and out of their room.

Mold in bathroom and our child is allergic to mold . Glass sliding door unsafe . Dirt on the floor

I paid for a room with a room directly next to the pool. I was informed when I got there that room wasnt clean. They gave me a better room with a view of some pipes coming out of the side of the building. I just needed to sleep so I didnt complain.

The distance to Legoland and the beach was nice. Also all the shops were right there. And the shuttle service was really nice.

The only negative was the issue i had with the bathtub not draining and not being able to shower in the morning. But staff was quick to offer us a discount for the inconvinience. I did appreciate that.

Mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Found razor in shower from people before us. Heating didnt work. Overall room dated for the most part. Pictures dont depict was the rooms really look like.
