The water pressure in the shower.
Negatives:
The first room they put me in smelled like old cigarettes and whiskey. The second room was filthy and smelled like urine. The floor was so dirty it looked like it had never seen a mop. The linen was visibly dirty and smelled like old sweat. I was literally afraid to touch anything. They did change the linen for me, but then there was the rest... like you could feel the springs through the mattress. Basically, I threw money away, but I was so exhausted from work, and they said no refunds.

To begin, it was the wrong booking, but I kept it anyway.
Negatives:
When I got to the room, I did a quick inspection, and right away, I spotted a dead spider on the left side corner of the bed. Minutes later I turned on the TV and I had to call the office because the channels weren't showing. As I spoke to a staff and looking at the TV, a Cucaroch came crawled out from the TV. I took pictures for evidence.

The house cleaning were unfriendly and seemed aggressive when moving their cleaning carts. I could have been easily hit by one if I was not paying attention.
