the unprofessional treatment! And the man that woke us up !! yelling and stomping, up and down the upper walkway by our window. Very disturbing! We checked in super late and we were not able to sleep. we were charged a 2 hour late fee. The young girl that was working in the office was very cold and did not want to accommodate us in any way. In 2025 we will be need two rooms every week for one night. We are starting a weekly event. As this last one was a great success. we hope to find a location that will accommodate our company and that we will have a comfortable experience.

I'm afraid to say it was miserable it was nothing too like I think goes back to the bad management

They want $100 deposit in cash not credit card once I got in the room I found out was no washcloth one towel to mismatched hand towels and a bath mat I had to go ask for a washcloth and the second day I went out and I came back after 11:00 and my key did not work and I know why my key didn't work it didn't work because she only punched it in for the first day now want to go to check out at 8:15 in the morning on my checkout day she tells me I can't have my deposit until 11 o'clock so I sat outside and waited in an hour later somebody comes out and got there to deposit so I went back in and they were rather nasty about it they it's like day wanted to keep the money I don't know if it's a scam or something they just try to get people to check out not take your deposit because they have to go somewhere else I don't know but I didn't like it much and they were rather nasty nasty

Great location right in the village, walking distance to anything you need, affordable price

Dog owners not dog picking up after their dogs outside and leaving poop or not on leash, the beds are thin minimal spring mattress on a platform and uncomfortable, toilet paper dispenser was broken so I had to hold the roll - unsanitary, ants in the sink and on the vanity, splatters in the wall - not very clean, the AC units probably need to be cleaned because it didn’t get very cool and I got very congested in the room and they were leaking outside the windows of many of the rooms.

When we arrived the ac didn't work so they moved us to another one .this one the bathroom fan didn't work and bathroom door hard to close as well as bathroom light worked sometimes. Then we went to another unit this time their was a fridge cool but this room came with ants .the door cards never worked well maybe 2 times and $100 deposit was a surprise now we have to wait 5 to 10 days for that money to be returned. The pics looked real nice but needs a lot of work .and slept like crap one night due to a big dog barking all night .so this place needs a overhaul
