Heating and Air Conditioning Unit did not work. Lamp did not work. The facility ice machines did not work. They said the refrigerator in the room would make ice but that did not work. The keys did not work it took 4 tries and then they after that they did not work again when we came back from dinner. The toilet overflowed in the middle of the night and no one was availble to fix until 8:30 am. The shower curtain had no liner so the water went right through the liner and soaked the floor. Trashed was piled up by the elevator in the hallway.

The hotel was dirty as soon as you walk the hall way trash everywhere the carpet was dirty and the room looked like if it was not vacuumed hairs in the restroom floor very disappointed about cleaning plus stained bed sheets that makes you think is dirty

Very little dishes 1 glass 1 cup few pots. Stains on sofa cushion the pull-out sofa had a sheet all bundled up and when we shook it out a sock fell out and there were stains on it like it wasn't washed.

This was a horrible stay. Upon checking in, there was notes around saying NO WATER 2/18 until 11am, which was check OUT time. Also, sign “NO BREAKFAST”! I wish we would have known before hand or else we would have never booked. Also, walls on the 3rd floor were BOARDED UP! Upon entering room, the AC unit controls were NOT even controllable! Broken unit! Room smelled bad. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NEVER BOOKING HERE AGAIN!
