We used to like the property because of location, cleanliness, quietness, and pricing.
Negatives:
We were told we would be charged 113.00 for two of our 3 days and 184.00 for the Wednesday we added at arrival. We booked Thursday and Friday months in advance and was quoted 113.00 for each day.
We arrived a day early and quoted 184.00 for that Wednesday.
They said THEY charged us 113.00 for the each day the 23rd and 24th. Then they charged us 250.00 for Friday because they were busy.
That wasn’t what we were told when I made the reservations months in advance and I would have been able to book that same room on Friday for less than 180.00 myself if I would have done it on Friday.
They took the liberty of making the changes but not telling us or even asking us if that was okay.
They charged us an additional 66.00 for Friday when I had already reserved that day originally at the 113.00 price.
They should have done the correct thing and charged as following per our reservations and the early arrival date.
Early arrival date of 4/23/24 at $184.00
Reservation dates pre-scheduled months in advance, 4/24-24 and 4/25/24 at the charge of $113.00 each.
Then our taxes and fees.
They also took it upon themselves to charge me BEFORE a day before I checked out.
And when I questioned all this they said I checked in on the morning of 4/24/24 when we checked in on the afternoon of 4/23/24.
This is at best SHADY standards at worst it’s LYING AND FRAUDULENT CHARGES!
We did try to correct it but the front desk didn’t care about the errors or even want to fix anything at all.
We will never stay there again and it used to be our go to place. I will now stay someplace that may be less of what we want in order to maintain secure and accurate billing.

Everything. The 2bdrm suite was good size. There is no door that separates the “living room” from the “bedroom” but allowed enough privacy where the tv in the other room didn’t keep me up.
They allow dogs of all breeds and sizes. Great for us who love to travel with our dogs.
Negatives:
The jacuzzi would turn on n off on its own in a 15mins process. It was weird.

The staff at check in really lowered my experience even before setting foot into my room. They were not friendly, I was essentially bothering them from a personal phone call and looked like I was an inconvenience for them needing to be checked in.
