Staff needed to be a little more knowledgeable about what is going on at the hotel. If you say I am only holding your card then only hold it for deposit and don't take 4 or 5 days to return the deposit But their kindness made up for lack of knowledge.

The height of the shower was too low for comfort. And most of the TV channels were fuzzy. I felt like I needed better glasses to watch the local news.
