I had sent a single note to Sonesta ES Suites indicating I would be arriving very late in the evening. I received a reply acknowledging my message.
I checked out and later looked more closely at the invoice. I saw I had been charged $16 for chat service with the property. I was surprised and a bit annoyed but didn't call them on it. It
left a sour taste in my mouth on an otherwise nice stay. (Additiional note: I never used the property's WiFI using only my cell phone's network.)
Bathtub plumbing worked adequately but the water diverter to shift from faucet to shower only diverted at about a 50% level. Annoying and a bit wasteful of water. Shower pressure was ok.

The room and other parts of the facility were clean and well-maintained. I booked a room with one bed + fold out sofa for my grandchild. It was a one bedroom suite with kitchen, fairly large and quite pleasant.
