The bed was loudy and springs were felt and heard. The WiFi wouldnt connect and the TV had a bad connection so it was spotty. Went down to the hot tub and it was barley bathtub warm. Breakfast was the typical breakfast that is usually free, here it was $15. Also, advertise Starbucks in house but the "batista" didn't know what a white mocha was and had to look it up. I asked for it extra hot and was given a lukewarm, and sad excuse for a white mocha. Overall poor experience I wouldn't recommend....

Breakfast choices were great. Staff friendly. Cookies were nice. Rooms were clean. Central chico location but in very busy road.
Negatives:
I had asked 2 weeks prior for a 1st floor room to accommodate new family puppy. We checked in 30 minutes early and they could not accommodate that request….or even 2nd floor, or 3rd. They Put us on 4th floor with a puppy.
Very noisy at night. A Sports team of young baseball players were allowed to run/scream down the halls until midnight on all floors. No staff addressed it.
No grass for pets.
Breakfast was included in our booking it said, however it was just one $15 credit. Breakfasts were all about $15/16. It also didn’t cover tax/tip or both people in our room. Would have been nice to say “breakfast credit” instead of “breakfast included” in booking.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is a good value. The restaurant staff are attentive and friendly.
Negatives:
The only thing negative was the A/C in the room was on high and we couldn’t turn it down. The controls were not working. I like the cold, my wig not so much. The good thing was the comforter on the beds are super cozy.
