After Monday, Sep 9th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Sep 9, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Positives: Location close to Chico University, downtown, restaurants all walk able. Staff nice and did meet my needs for a fragrance free room. (not shampoo or conditioner, but I did ask for that)

Negatives: On-line pics show new renovation, what you get is newer floors and headboards with old spring mattresses dirty moldy air-conditioners and baseboards. Breakfast bar very limited, no fresh fruit or protein, milk old, two tables with three chairs for sitting area to eat. Street cleaner at 4am on Mons, Staff vacuuming at 5am what!??

Negatives: The check-in took 45 mins, no iron in room. The bed was dirty. They were trying to encourage people to leave hours before check out and I was erroneously charged another $75. I called to have the charges removed, which the manager said they'd do and it never happened. An awful experience all the way around!
