I am livid they didn't give money back but offered a different room I literally stayed in a room for 5 hrs before I woke up with bites all over... a hotel that has bed bugs .. Negatives: Horrible place to stay, all personal in zero professional, housekeeping is the worst they just pass the same dirty rugs everywhere I can even see the oily pee around toilet and shower, beds are stinky smoke I just cannot believe the place, I leave 2 days before and couldn't have my refund but I had to get my son away from that place and the people living there they think they own and they curse bad words just because. Horrible place horrible worst staff.
