As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a nice friendly smile. The place was clean the parking was safe and the directions from staff were clear.

There was a curtain to separate the sofa tv area from the bed but maybe a curtain to separate the 2 beds.

We had a great experience with our Home2 suite in Lexington, and thought we would try this location ( for 5 days). room was great size. Lots of room to move around, sit on the couch, watch TV and relax. some of the front desk staff were very helpful (others not so much). Breakfast was OK, not great, but OK. I know you can only do so much with powered eggs. Food was hot which was a big plus.
Negatives:
We initially had a room next to elevator, and the evening/night front desk staff was good enough to change rooms. However, when we walked in, the room smelled like dogs. It wasn't overpowering, but staying 5 nights, we asked if the room could be super cleaned. New bed linen, and maybe some air freshener. When we arrived later that evening - NOTHING had been done. Nothing. Very disappointed with morning front desk at that point. My wife found and cleaned dried dog urine off the bathroom door. the third room we moved to was good. Pet friendly rooms should be limited to a few on the first floor and if a customer has to stay in one they should be notified. We also had a fire alarm go off at 10:30pm,

I have stayed in this location multiple times with my whole family multiple rooms and each time we have stayed the front man John gives us alot of problems, won't let us check in early even if rooms are available. Also very rude and ignores us when we are standing at the desk. Any issue we have, he wants to blame booking and has my whole family contact booking for things he can fix in their system. This last time just got worse standing in front of him for 10 mins without being acknowledged until another lady came in and had to answer all my questions as he did the work on the computer because he did not want to answer us, i don't know if it's a race thing because we are all latinos or a woman thing or because me and my spouse are from the LGBT community. The sad thing is we are all returning back in May for the last time.
