Multiple spiders in room, air cond did not work, I asked for more coffee was told they didnt have any more,homeless outside bedroom window going through trash, people bbqing in parking near room and my car, very disappointed in stay.

The front desk staff was very unfriendly, and my room was inundated with ants. The couch had holes, the desk chair looked like it had been clawed to death by a street cat, and the pictures on the wall had obvious water damage.

Its always a smooth start when Im there and all the workers there are helpful. The cleaning lady is also sweet and checking if we need anything every morning.

No, I was just disappointed the jacuzzi was closed. The main reason why we book this hotel for my kids. But other than that everything was perfect and the bed is very comfy.
