The room was not clean. I took pictures and showed the staff that there was some old throw up under the chair by the window. The smell come when I turned on the heat. I spoke with the staff at front desk and she said I would get a full refund but never did. So I placed a stop payment and showed my bank the receipt staying I was charged zero dollars.

The location. Willingness of the front desk to wear many hats with a smile.
Negatives:
We arrived a bit early. It didn't surprise us that our room wasn't ready. So we left and went driving around for an hour which put us well after check in. When we returned the room still wasn't ready. The front desk found us a different ADA room. She was wonderful as she was holding the busy front desk all alone. She waved the parking fee for our inconvenience. We were happy to see that there are lifts to both the pool and hot tub. At the time of our stay I had a broken knee cap. Neither were operational. Maintenance was called. No working batteries for either one. So much for that.

There was a fire on the floor we were on at 2am and not a single staff member was available
Then when they finally came on the floor they didn’t seem very concerned or interested in talking to anyone

Overall, clean. Beautiful inside, but I wondered where the koi were in the fountains.
Negatives:
The lack of a small safe in the room was extremely disconcerting.
I worked in the hospitality industry as a sales manager for nearly 15 years. This is a HUGE sales point.
It's not about an actual lack of safety in the area, it's an upsell.
At your next update, include adding small safes bolted to a stud. Period. They are inexpensive.
No one wants to keep their stuff in lock boxes at the front desk anymore.
Also, the air conditioning "thunk" was a bit loud. Not horrible, but noticeable.
Oh, yeah, and the door springs. Pretty severe.
