The front desk made a mistake on our booking, double charged us and then lied about why, when and how it happened. I asked them how would they like it if they had pre paid on Booking.com and then found out by checking their bank account that they had been charged not only a holding fee (understandable) but the full price of the booking again. It was almost $1000 AUD that was taken from my bank account!!! I am still waiting for a refund!!!

Small room, no free breakfast, no minibar, free WiFi required lots of personal info which I wasn’t willing to provide, so no . Upon check in they assigned us a room. Went up and neither key card worked. Went back to front desk and they called an engineer to meet us. He said it was the battery in the door, and then a woman opens the door and says she is staying there. Back down to the desk, with all our stuff, and get another room. No apologies, no offer of compensation. Would not recommend
