The hotel staff were really nice and super helpful. They would be the reason I'd return. I also really liked the pool, gym, beds (very comfortable)and size of our hotel room.

Location plus the airport shuttle service …very convenient! Plus the set up of the bathroom with an extra sink outside the main bathroom, again convenient for the occupants!
Negatives:
It’s old and the plumbing fixtures especially the shower fixture is outdated and difficult to turn on! And the maintenance guy who tried to help us just dismissed it that “all hotels are like that,” which we disagree because we are travelers and we don’t encounter such issue in the hotels we had stayed in!

Parking is way over priced and I was told when I checked in that I could pay for the room with cash when I checked out and the girl at front desk said no I can’t and she was very unfriendly and honestly rude. I think you should employ happy welcoming hosts.

the staff was welcoming & environment was chill and clean. i was given free water n chocolate + a free coffee at the starbucks bc i was the “guest of the day”. nice i’d stay again.

the window had a view of the parking lot. i know there wasn’t opportunity for an outrageous view but it was just an awkward placement.
