Stairs were closed by our room, so there were a lot of extra steps. They did have an elevator tho. That helped a lot.

Clean room and landscape, property. They accepts pets, love the amenities, great location! Reasonable prices.

The cleaning ladies came twice at 9 am! We weren't ready for checkout until noon. My dog was freaking out when she entered the room after I yelled, "No cleaning right now." The only other thing is the bathroom faucet hardy had any water pressure to wash my hands, and the faucet was placed too close to the edge of the sink. Otherwise, everything else was great! We'll definitely be staying here again soon!

Poor customer service!!! On 3rd day of stay, we had left our room expecting housekeeping to come and service the room. We returned late afternoon to an untouched room. No clean towels, etc. We decided to call an Uber for dinner, and while waiting, inquired at the front desk about our room. Front desk clerk was rude, rolled his eyes, and said it wasn't done because we didn't request cleaning that morning. Requirement to request services was not posted in lobby or in room, nor did the desk clerk notify us during check in. We requested to have towels replaced in our room and we informed him we were leaving for dinner. Desk clerk rolled his eyes again and called housekeeping. We heard him state our room number needed towels. After returning from dinner, we found towels had not been replaced. We went back to the front desk to request clean towels. We inquired about the request we made earlier and the night manager confirmed our room number on the housekeeping sheet and stated the comment "people left" had been made. That night, a very loud group of people were allowed to remain in pool area shouting, yelling, singing at top of lungs till well after 11 pm. They appeared intoxicated, which to is, was alcohol influenced. Not sure why management allowed this to continue and did not address this in their own accord. Instead, relying on enough complaints from guests, if they even interacted. Not sure if other guests had called the police for the noise disruption. With tv on, AC running, door shut and quite a distant from the pool, we could still hear the partying as if right outside our door. On morning of check out, housekeeping was knocking on our door before 8:30am! Checkout is at 12. The same rude staff member was on duty during checkout
He was sloppy, wrinkled shirt from day before, unfriendly and declined to issue a bill/statement summary. He stated " you went through booking.com, you have to get one from them".
