Breakfast options were very good. Outdoor sitting area was nice despite not being cleaned overnight (cigar butts). Room layout was very accommodating, however it was changed to an ADA instead of suit only option that I had chosen.

In our 1st room, the sofa bed mattress had stains on it. Took pics Mngnt put us up in the last room Pnthouse. Rooms were clean, pretty.
Brkfst was delicious. Overall very pleasant stay. I did see the staff remove the mattress. Gym was fantastic!!

The staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Lots of beautiful foliage and a couple Egyptian ducks. Ammenities were plentiful. Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms made you feel like you weren't even in a hotel. Close to everything!

Our room had a smell that I couldn't pinpoint. Not sure if it was pet urine or if the carpets are just old and need to be replaced now.

Most of the property was very good. Room was comfortable except for too heavy of bedding for the time of the year. A/C was pretty good. Bed and other furniture good. Clean and good food.
Negatives:
Had to pay $15 per day for parking which was not quoted in the total amount reflected on our online booking. We paid for a room with a fireplace but didn’t get one. Fortunately it was good weather.
