Only the hotel and booking had the card number, as it was used close to the hotel it had to be a hotel employee.

The location is good and the neighbourhood seemed safe. The rooms have a good size and the bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
The bath is pretty small and the bathtub should be fixed- quite rusty and used.
Parking was 27$ per night. I guess it's OK for LA but felt quite expensive to us.

I didn't like the lack of customer service at the reception area. I have been charged 2 nights instead of 1 night at this hotel. They email me the tax invoice, I was still there when I received it. I talked to the staff at reception to explained the mistake.I stayed one night Check in 19 July 2024- Check out 20 July 2024. She said that it will be adjusted. Nothing has been done. I have called as well to try to fix the issue, however the staff seam confused and nothing has happened to fix this issue, I have been charge twice the wrong amount in my credit card.
