The hot tub was cold, even though the guy at the front desk assured me that it was “100 degrees just two hours ago”. It has no microwave in the room and in common use area. One elevator was out of service and the remaining one took people randomly to the floor of its choice, regardless of what button you push (we traveled to the third or fourth floor and then back to the ground floor till it finally stopped at the second floor where we stayed, and it happened every time we used the elevator)

we were not told that the elevator was inoperable upon check in and we were given the top floor , the carpet on the stairwell was filthy and smelly as was the carpet in our bedroom. There was no handsoap provided in the bathroom and the coffeemaker was missing the pot. Breakfast was not good ,they ran out of cups for coffee and when we asked the attendant she said there was no more stock , had to run back upstairs to get the cup in our room. The WIFI was slow and weak and we could not get any signal to the TV

The included "breakfast" was very disappointing. If you were lucky, there were some boiled eggs left when you got there. The fruit selection was dismal and they brought out wonder bread on a platter to make it look special. Even the coffee was sub par.
The elevators were both broken and they expected us to haul our 5 month old and belongings up 4 flights of stairs.
The room itself was dirty with some sort of gross orange/yellow liquid all over the inside bathroom door.
They ignored my request for a baby crib the first night, and on the second night brought one that was broken and unstable. I had do so makeshift repair on it using a writing pad. Very disappointing.
